There’s just something amazingly elegant about the Shake node layout. Often I find myself organizing the node tree so no lines crosses over one and other. I don’t get to work with Shake much now, so for me it’s absolutely a treat to work with when I do have a chance to. It’s a refreshing change to work with an application that isn’t over-designed and bloated.

Just sad that Apple stopped development on Shake, fingers still crossed that whatever replacement they come up with maintains the gracefulness of Shake. I doubt it will, but I can dream.
